21/08/2024: The Carbonella pizzeria is the right place to enjoy a good pizza in Castellana Grotte. They have a wide choice of excellent quality beers, perfect to accompany the pizzas which are always delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Gianbattista, who found my car keys in a street near the pizzeria and brought them to my table with great kindness. His gesture made the evening even more pleasant. A place I absolutely recommend!

16/08/2024: A typical pizza restaurant in Italy! A very friendly waiter, he quickly seated us even though we had not reserved a table! The pizzas were very good!

31/07/2024: All good ... I remember this place in the 90s, there were sandwiches that they don't make anymore and they were nothing short of Sublime

29/07/2024: Excellent excellent excellent. I came here with my family... I'm from Puglia, so I'm a good foodie, but not from the area. I found the restaurant on a site and attracted by the photos we went there. We took a bit of everything, just to try not the usual pizza. Huge sandwiches, crispy but not greasy fried foods, delicious pizzas. Honest prices. I highly recommend it

28/08/2024: New management and renovated place... The location is excellent: immersed in the greenery and coolness of the Braida hills. The pizza is excellent, as are all the other dishes on the menu that we tried. Friendly and smiling staff. We will definitely return for other pleasant evenings. Well done!
