06/01/2025: we were having a birthday dinner, about twenty minutes late (we tried to warn them but they didn't answer). other friends of ours arrived and the waitress immediately asked for food, pretending not to have seen that they had just arrived. they made the wrong pizza (which can happen) but when we pointed it out the waitress immediately checked the order and wanted to make her eat it anyway, the pizza chef instead admitted his mistake and made it again, so note of merit for him but not for the lady who served us unfortunately. they made the birthday cake with hazelnuts even though we had asked them to avoid them since I was allergic, which was pointed out but they didn't try to make up for it, not even offering a dessert, and they didn't even apologize... very good pizza, not much dessert. narrow seats and it was very hot. I hope you will improve these things because in my opinion this is not how people should be treated, whether they are customers or not, kindness should be a basic thing between human beings... response to the "reply to the review": I repeat: the cake was made by the restaurant in question and paid handsomely at the checkout along with the rest of the bill, I don't write fake reviews

03/01/2025: Posto non dei migliori esteticamente ma la pizza è molto buona come l'impasto e la gentilezza dei camerieri e del cuoco l'unica cosa spiacevole è l'odore che ti lascia sui vestiti che non è facile da far andare via

18/01/2025: They described this place to me as a modest pizzeria....but I can assure you that the food is very good, the service is impeccable and the prices are very competitive. The really tasty panissa alla Vercellese, the Piedmontese fondue, the bunnet... all fantastic. Compliments

29/12/2024: Customer for years, but lately the quality is terrible. I would say last time, the photo speaks for itself, this is carcinogenic stuff.

23/11/2024: Spectacular pizza, a very nice environment and friendly and kind staff....good service in general.....highly recommended also for the prices
