02/10/2025: This chalet has been my favorite for years. This year it changed management, and I can confirm they've made a huge difference. Superb food, super service, and the beach is always wonderful, and then...very fair prices. The seafood gnocchi...the absolute best ever!

17/11/2025: I give it my all because I love this place: a historic restaurant in Grottammare. Before—in the '70s and '80s—it was also called Tre Culi, because the same people always came there :)
You can eat white, red, and stuffed pizzas… and I love them. For dinner, however, they serve a plate of pizza, which I think is good, even if it's different from the "traditional" pizza.

16/12/2025: This place is a surefire way to unwind and have fun. It may not be the most modern place in the world, but the atmosphere is just right: familiar, welcoming, and unpretentious.
We've been here several times with the kids, and it never disappoints. The bowling lanes work well, and the games area with billiards, ping pong, and darts keeps even those who don't like throwing strikes entertained!
The pizza is delicious, perfect for recharging after a game or just for a night out.
It's the ideal place for a carefree evening, a birthday party, or a reunion. The staff is always on point, friendly, and helpful. If you're looking for a cool, swanky place, it might not be for you, but if you want to have fun on a budget and eat good pizza, it's the right choice.
In my opinion, it's a solid 4-star, a must-have for local entertainment! Recommended for families and groups of friends.

New Fire Place

20/10/2025: I knew the place, as it's a historic location in Grottammare. I returned, after a long time, on Thursday, for pizza with friends.
I found the pizza excellent, as well as the arrosticini (which we decided to try).
The place is cozy, intimate, and the atmosphere is quiet. Service is friendly and quick (but it was a weekday, so there were few customers).
The menu is perhaps a bit too traditional; it doesn't offer original pizzas, but rather the more classic ones.
I'll definitely be back.

25/10/2024: Always great pizza taglio in this small fast food pizzeria, there are tables indoor and outdoor if you don’t want to bring the pizza home: I return frequently when in Grottammare.
13/09/2024: La pizza era di una bontà infinita lo ha mangiato per fino mio figlio quella con la mozzarella di bufala che lui non mangia di solito nulla è veramente il top ma soprattutto il personale di una gentilezza disarmante.

11/11/2025: Family-run hotel, well-maintained, clean, with well-maintained spaces inside and out. Friendly staff. Great for small children, too. I usually spend a few days there in November.
14/07/2025: Si sta proprio bene, un posto ideale per fermarsi a pranzo su una piacevole terrazza sulla spiaggia. Accoglienza cordiale, menù essenziale ma sufficiente, ottima qualità del cibo e prezzi onesti. Cosa volere di più?
