03/10/2025: I've been in Castelfidardo for a few days, and the dining options in the city aren't many. Honestly, I tried this restaurant for the first time on Tuesday and was delighted, and I've been going every day since. The space is beautiful and very well decorated. The service is excellent and very fast. I don't speak Italian and my English is pretty bad, but we understand each other 😉. On Tuesday I tried the pizza, on Wednesday I tried the gnocchi, and yesterday I tried the meat, and I was amazed every time. Everything was "Buonissimo," and not to mention the desserts; the three different ones I tried were all excellent. And to wash it down, they have a fantastic beer. I won't be changing restaurants during this stay. I highly recommend it.

07/09/2025: The place is very beautiful, almost like being inside a cave, and for those coming on vacation, it's very quaint. The menu is varied, from pizza to pasta and salads. The pizzas are large but not too thin, and delicious. They also have good desserts, and the prices are like any other pizzeria. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend booking a little in advance because otherwise they can be full, especially on weekends.

19/09/2025: If you find yourself in Porto Recanati, go to Amarantos for lunch or dinner, you won't be disappointed... and the dessert too.
