20/11/2025: Overall, the place isn't bad, and the food is decent. There were some issues with the service timing.

15/11/2025: Good cake. Friendly staff. But the MANAGEMENT is unacceptable. The counter staff is always helpful and courteous: they deserve our 5-star rating. But the management, and especially the owner, demonstrated a total lack of respect and responsibility. I ordered a cake for my daughter Anna's graduation; it was delicious and gluten-free (the only reason we order from them). Despite the agreed-upon time, we waited over 30 minutes to pick it up. We almost missed our daughter's graduation ceremony. But the worst part was the surreal writing on the cake (as seen in the photo): "CONGRATULATIONS Dr. Anna" A layout even a child could have avoided. After reporting it, the owner offered to remake the cake "to take some photos," completely ignoring the emotional and logistical damage. When we requested a refund (even a partial one), no response. We've been using them for years, and unfortunately, this isn't the first instance of inappropriate management. This time, however, we decided to report it publicly, given the importance of the occasion. It's a shame for the staff, who work patiently and professionally. But the management ruins everything. It certainly didn't ruin the celebrations, but it did spoil the good wishes for an important milestone.

01/10/2025: Crispy pizza buinissa made with quality ingredients, also available with a stuffed crust, in a wide variety of flavors... Fried gnocco, both sweet and savory, prepared fresh. You can eat inside or outside in the summer... Try the gluten-free pizza, the best I've had in the area!!!

04/12/2025: We had a really good pizza, very light and made with excellent quality ingredients. The place was clean and welcoming, with friendly, helpful staff. I'm giving it a 5⭐️ because that's the maximum allowed. We'll gladly return.

30/11/2025: What can I say... Two and a quarter hours for a pizza, karaoke is by reservation only and it's not written anywhere, and the owner demands you know... The waitresses are good, but the owner doesn't accept contradictions and is also arrogant and rude, he doesn't pay attention to the customer and doesn't apologize for the inconvenience caused. Not recommended. In his opinion, he doesn't care... I don't know what he's banking on, given that the quality of the pizza is poor.

15/11/2025: After several times where the delivery was late and I pretended nothing was wrong because I like their pizza anyway, today they really went too far. I ordered two pizzas and a kebab at 6:10 PM. Delivery requested for 7:15 PM. And I live At 7:45 PM, still not seeing anyone, I called to rush. The girl on the phone told me the delivery was out. In reality, the delivery arrived at 7:56 PM sharp. I say this because I live about 400 meters from the pizzeria, on the parallel street. Three minutes away at most. To add insult to injury... I went home and discovered the pizzas were freezing cold. I have to leave at 8:30 PM. So I didn't have time to reheat them. Bottom line: we'll eat them reheated tomorrow or I'll freeze them. I gave them one last chance. Stop. They'll never see me again. I absolutely advise against it.

24/09/2025: Thick pan pizza for 4/6 servings. Unfortunately, there's not enough mozzarella and not much crispiness underneath. It's still rubbery.

12/07/2025: I usually order a pizza with fried eggplant. It's usually very good, well-cooked, and with just the right balance of ingredients. Today it arrived with very little tomato... a ton of mozzarella that completely stripped the pizza of its flavor... it's a real disgrace! I think that if you want to keep your customers, you can't send out a product like this. It's scandalous!

15/08/2025: First time at this pizzeria, I can say I ate better than at other more renowned pizzerias... The pizzas were cooked well, the crust was perfectly crispy, even though it was Saturday, and the ingredients were good quality. Very good prices and quality, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the passageway was a bit narrow for wheelchairs. Recommended. Review 2025 Unfortunately, over the years, instead of improving, everything has gotten worse: the atmosphere, the pizzas (which have become inedible), and the service... Let's hope that going forward, at least the pizza dough and ingredients will improve.

29/10/2025: One of the worst places we've ever dined at; giving one star is like paying a compliment. The service was one euro, which I'd rather give to a beggar, given this nonexistent service. It's closing down. I won't be going back.

26/10/2025: Quick and easy food in a very pretty location. The pizza slices are large, with a thick, fluffy crust, and the flavor is very good for the type of establishment. Ideal for a quick meal while strolling through the center of Monza. The service was prompt and the price reasonable. Perfect for something casual but tasty.

28/06/2025: Very well stocked tobacco bar, friendly and helpful staff. Open as early as 5:30 in the morning during the week, ideal for a quick coffee before going to work. Top!

11/10/2025: Absurd, unfortunately I have to give a very bad review for the management. Out of 10 times I've ordered pizza from them, 9 have arrived late, and even with the wrong pizzas. Half-hour delays, even though I called to order at 6:10 PM as soon as they opened. Tonight I asked for the order to be delivered at 8:30 PM because I had an appointment, and they arrived to deliver it at 8:50 PM. I called at 8:40 PM to ask if they'd already brought out the pizzas, and they told me to be patient. I've also worked in the restaurant industry, and the advice I can give them is to always be clear with the customer. I definitely won't order from them again.

07/10/2025: Good kebab sandwich but ?? The sandwich lacked crunchiness!! Probably the reheated sandwich was missing the topping
