19/03/2025: I fully agree with Carlo. Rude, unprofessional girls, we sat down at 11.45 and drank an aperitif, immediately notifying them that we would stop for lunch. At 1.39pm we got up after having eaten only the starter and having seen carbonare and penne being served all around us. We were told not to break the so-called and go eat somewhere else because we were the only ones complaining... of course they had served everyone... don't worry, there won't be a next time and learn to manage the orders; it was sufficient to warn at the time of service that the kitchen would have biblical times. …..
