11/05/2026: Fantastic restaurant!!! We were staying at a nearby hotel, and other guests recommended this restaurant. We ate there the second night, and then again the following night because it was so delicious. The waitresses were very friendly, and the place was lovely with a sea view. Thanks again :)

21/11/2025: Ottomano is a charming family run business with the kindest owners and servers. Not only did we try some of the best seafood we had in Ischia here, but the restaurant allowed us to stay inside with them even when they were closing, because of the rainfall that wouldn’t stop. We were unprepared and they kindly welcomed us to remain indoors as we enjoyed an espresso and cuddles from the owners dog. The mixed seafood appetizer is a must - it changed my opinion on anchovies for the better because of how fresh and lightly dressed in lemon it was. Everything is worth trying here.
