The place is very simple and makes you feel right at home, without being overly flashy or boastful. I ordered a white pizza with tuna, mozzarella, and red and yellow cherry tomatoes, the Pugliese. I absolutely loved it. The dough is one of the best in the province; it's amazing from the first bite, crispy on the outside yet melts in your mouth. Extremely light, it doesn't weigh you down at all, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch; you can taste the flavor of every ingredient in the pizza. The quality isn't a coincidence; the dough is made by a master pizza chef, a winner of numerous awards and a great expert in dough. The fruit of this dedication can be savored in his delicious pizza. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by and try it.
