They tried to make me believe it wasn't their fault... but then, whose fault is it? +1h30 😅
In the end, the price I paid didn't match the one listed on the menu, and when I pointed this out, the staff acted in a sneaky and manipulative manner.
As if that weren't enough, they also tried to add a completely unjustified service charge, which they then had to cancel after I reported it.
Furthermore, they charged us for things we didn't consume, like a large 1L bottle of water when we only ordered a small 25cl! When I noticed and pointed out the mistake, they hung up on me, only to later admit it was their fault!

11/11/2025: Magical place, simply perfect!
I've been meaning to try it for years, and I finally did. My only regret is that I didn't go sooner! I've tried other themed places like this, but none of them can even begin to compare.
The service is super fast, I didn't even wait five minutes. The waiters are very knowledgeable, ready to explain all the dishes, and very friendly and smiling. The dishes are something special, they're delicious, and they have a truly extensive menu. I highly recommend it, even to those who don't like spicy food. They have a huge variety of dishes, and they're prepared down to the smallest detail according to tradition. There were two of us there, and we tried a ton of things. We left the table with our bellies super full...
Then there are them, the two owners, two exquisite people who have traveled extensively and have a disarming knowledge of the subject matter. It's not the usual place for inexperienced and improvised people, but quite the opposite. Once you enter the place, it feels like you're really there, as if they've brought a piece of their travels with them, as well as being ready to satisfy your every curiosity.
I highly recommend it to everyone. I already can't wait to go back.
P.S.: The price, in my opinion, is quite reasonable for all the deliciousness you can taste. We spent very little for two, and we were there. wake up with a full belly and be able to taste various things
30/08/2025: A super cool place, not in the center of Sassari, but worth a visit for its delicious food, its beautiful decor, and the friendliness of the waitresses, who even spoke to us in Spanish. We went there craving nachos, but we heeded their recommendations and left delighted, in love with that delicious sweet and sour chicken dish.

26/03/2025: Cena d'asporto. Chiamo il ristorante per effettuare un ordine e mi rispondono, neanche troppo gentilmente, che non accettano ordini telefonici e che anche per l'asporto bisogna recarsi al ristorante. Vabbè, assurdo ma ognuno gestisce come meglio crede il proprio locale. Non protesto ma non ho neanche voglia di aspettare quindi effettuo il mio ordine online con l'opzione ritiro presso un noto servizio di consegne a domocilio al quale si affidano. Arrivo in perfetto orario ma il mio ordine non è ancora pronto. Ai tavoli sono sedute solo una quindicina di persone (che stanno già mangiando), quindi il locale è tutt'altro che affollato e i 25 minuti previsti per preparare un nachos e un riso con funghi e formaggio quindi (più che preparare scaldare perchè si tratta di pietanze per le quali hanno certamente una linea di preparazioni) mi sembrano un tempo abbondantemente più che sufficiente. Aspetto circa 7 minuti, ritiro il mio ordine e in 2 minuti sono a casa.
Apro le vaschette e qui la sorpresa: la porzione di nachos consiste si e no in una decina di nachos (prezzo 8€ !!!) mentre il riso si presenta come una poltiglia informe di riso nero e funghi mezzi crudi affogati in una salsa al pomodoro dall'orripilante gusto indefinito e amarognolo e una quantità inverosimile di 'formaggio' della più scadente qualità. Immangiabile, nemmeno se si sta morendo di fame.
E il tutto appena appena tiepido...mi piacerebbe capire come sia possibile consegnare dopo 30 minuti un ordine che non è nemmeno caldo.
Ho ordinato anche della salsa guacamole servita in un contenitore delle dimensioni inferiori di un bicchierino da caffè e senza alcun sapore.
Peggior 'messicano' di sempre, da evitare come la peste.
Ps: non sono solito criticare i prezzi, sono ristoratore e so quali sono i costi, ma quella quantità di nachos a quel prezzo si può definire solo in un modo: un furto.
Inutile dire che non merita una seconda chance.

29/12/2024: Leggendo alcuni commenti mi chiedo se abbiamo mangiato nello stesso locale . Ci serviamo qui fin dall apertura,quasi sempre d asporto e qualche volta nel locale. Le pietanze sono tutte ottime, materie prime fresche, condimento super.La cordialità del personale è un tocco in più.
27/10/2024: Salve servizio poco cordiale , burritos pessimo, pieno di riso e lontano anni luce dalla cucina messicana. Non consigliato.
