23/03/2025: We booked at 9:00 pm, they seated us at 9:50 pm after several requests from us and from the other twelve people waiting outside in the rain. While the food is excellent, the service leaves much to be desired to the point that the food unfortunately takes a back seat. The waitress asked us if we wanted dessert after we had repeatedly asked for the main course, after asking for the bill they brought us the partial amount from the next table. When we got to the cashier we reported the general poor service and were offered a €4 discount (a table for two with a bill over €100), telling us that the drinks were good (we pointed out that there is no sugar in the margarita, the answer was that they like it that way). Unfortunately I don't feel like recommending it, the poor service in the dining room is too serious to be able to enjoy the evening and especially the food.

22/03/2025: Prenotato il tavolo per le ore 21 perché ci viene spiegato che ci sono i turni, arriviamo davanti al locale e troviamo già gente che aspetta da mezz’ora. Ci lasciano in attesa sotto la pioggia fuori dal locale con altra gente che arriva sempre del secondo turno. Morale …dopo 50 minuti di attesa dicendo che man mano che si liberano i tavoli potremmo accomodarci, chi entra? Gli ultimi arrivati perché il tavolo era da 6 e noi eravamo in 4. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e il ragazzo all’entrata ci ha risposto in modo sgarbato 10 minuti e vi faccio accomodare ( ma nel frattempo la maggior parte dei tavoli aveva solo da bere). Ce ne siamo andati…….. Io di solito sono paziente ma non posso aspettare un’ora con un tavolo prenotato e magari una volta entrato devo aspettare ancora per poter cenare. Mi spiace ma l’organizzazione di un locale sopratutto con turni deve essere gestita in modo corretto, maleducazione e spocchia non attirano clienti.
