18/01/2026: I'll really take the time to leave a meaningful review, so you can take the necessary precautions and think carefully before dining here. A key point: friendliness is the key to a successful business. One of the things that really bothered us was the manager's attitude, who consistently maintained a domineering, arrogant, and overbearing attitude toward us. It was a birthday party, and there was no need to ruin it like this. On the other hand, if children are unwelcome, it would be appropriate to display a notice or inform the person when making a reservation by phone, specifying that children are not accepted. Alternatively, better table organization would be ideal to accommodate families with children. The payment method could have been explained calmly and kindly: it's not the first time this method has been used in other establishments, and managers usually explain it politely, without excessive arrogance. I'd like to highlight the waitresses' work: they were kind and attentive, served the food promptly, and offered alternatives while we waited. The food was good, too. It's a shame that, due to just one person, the experience was so unpleasant. Some friends had already warned me about this, and I decided to give it a chance anyway, but unfortunately, I have to admit they were right. That said, there's always room for improvement.

23/11/2025: Not good My daughter is lactose intolerant, and despite our comments, there was cheese on her plate. I recommend you reconsider your vegetarian option because it was inedible, a thousand ingredients thrown into the piadina, tasteless and lacking any flavor. Impeccable service.
