19/11/2025: I ordered takeout directly from them, skipping Deliveroo, and unfortunately they took advantage of me: all the dishes cost one euro more than Deliveroo (I've attached a comparison). This was truly unfortunate and, in my opinion, unfair.
Furthermore, even though I was the only customer, my food was delivered 30 minutes later than the agreed-upon time, after half an hour of constant "we're almost ready."
