24/03/2024: While I was studying in Rome for the spring semester, I was looking everywhere for good Indian food. I had tried about 10 places and wasn't satisfied at all. I happened upon Annapoorna with some friends after a class, and we were all blown away. We were received with such a warm welcome from the waiter, the interior was beautiful, and most importantly, the food was indescribable, just incredible. My friends and I could not stop talking about how freshly made, flavorful, and heartwarming all the dishes were at such an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a unique, memorable dining experience in Rome!

Vega Food - Vegetarian Urban Food

03/03/2024: Piccolissimo ristorante vegetariano nel centro di Roma a pochi passi da piazza Navona. 3 tavoli con sgabelli alti e una sorta di self-service "assistito" con una apparecchiatura spartana e posate e piatti riciclabili.
La cucina di ispirazione indiana, semplice e senza fronzoli, riporta i sapori di quella terra con qualche interessante contaminazione. Piatti saporiti e salutisti. Il personale ha la gentilezza dell'ospite che ti invita a casa propria. Un pranzo buono e che sazia ad un ottimo prezzo
03/03/2024: Cucina vegana e vegetariana ayurvedica a due passi da piazza Navona. Locale piccolo con tavoli alti e sgabelli all’interno e qualche tavolo con sedie all’esterno. Personale gentile e accogliente. Ampia scelta di piatti indiani speziati (quindi per chi ama le spezie è l’ideale) a prezzi abbordabili.
Tutto quello che ho preso era delizioso

23/01/2024: Tutto top! Ho ordinato del pane nan al formaggio + classico pollo indiano nella salsetta. Oltre a questo cose che ho ordinato, sorprendendomi, mi hanno poi offerto altre salsine con una specie di pane croccante e sottilissimo nonché qualche pezzetto di fritto. Tutto buonissimo. Servito da una ragazza e un signore, lei deliziosa lui gentilissimo. Costo veramente vantaggioso; con un servizio e del cibo così avrei pagato senza lamentarmi anche qualche eurino in più. Tornerò senz’altro l’anno prossimo con più tempo e con più fame per provare altro. Non cambiate!
19/01/2024: Sono tornata già 2 volte in questo ristorante dopo qualche anno. Ho trovato la cucina molto migliorata, menu di carne, pesce e vegetariano squisiti, con piatti vari e porzioni abbondanti, una speciale menzione va alla professionalità e gentilezza della signorina in sala, che si occupa dei clienti con premura e sorriso. Bravi!

Vrindaa Vegetarian Restaurant

09/03/2024: Beautiful food, we had the tasting menu. It is probably the best we have ever had. The creativity and thought that goes into each dish. It’s of Michelin star quality.
Out of all the restaurants in Rome this is a must try.
The owners and staff are accommodating and wonderful.
Really glad we were lucky enough to visit on our trip.
Fingers crossed they open a restaurant in London. I would be a regular!
01/03/2024: Loved the whole experience. Beautiful modern decoration, delicious food, beautiful people. We are vegan and booked this restaurant 2 months before arriving in Rome. So pleased we did. I have always complained that vegan food comes as an afterthought to many Michelin star restaurants...this was my first exception. All courses were carefully & beautifully created to provide a full nutritious meal with fresh vegetables/grains/fruits that tasted like what they are. No apologies for being a vegetarian dish are needed (by covering with lots of sauces, fake proteins etc) if the chef is talented and careful enough.
The price is much better than a carnivorous Michelin star dinner.
If you love vegan food for what it is try this, you will not regret!
