06/05/2025: Day with her husband in the Esquilino neighborhood. Shopping at the market and lunch... on this tour, we opt for Indian! We decide to try this one, because it was mentioned by Chef Rubio, in an old cooking program. I don't know if the management is the same, but it should be tried if you are a lover of Asian cuisine or if you want to experiment. I had already tried an Indian restaurant years ago in Bari... and it was a truly terrible and forgettable experience. But living in Rome, I said to myself, why lump everything together? Shall we give him another chance? And so we sit down and push our luck. Pricey restaurant, perhaps just a little dark. We are welcomed by an extremely kind gentleman, who I thought was the owner. We order 2 samosas (good, homemade, you can tell) a portion of Murgh Peshawari, one of Mutton Kofta and a bowl of white rice and one of Veg Biryani rice. While we wait we are provided with excellent bread with a trio of very good and spectacular sauces. The best were the mint one and the sweet tamarind one. Service not very slow but not fast either... and this makes me think that they cooked it at the moment and it wasn't already ready previously. My chicken Murgh Peshawari, a triumph of velvety flavours... that embrace you and then really very tender, but the nice surprise were the lamb meatballs, Mutton Kofta. When you bite into them, you feel like a grandmother's caress... and then a slap of flavors with all those herbs and tomatoes... which then makes it a must to make the slipper with their bread (I tried the garlic one, very soft!)!! It's just a shame that there were 2 in the cup... and this is a different thing, the stuff with the husband, sometimes it bothers me 😂 The rice was good… but we liked the Veg Biryani better. Overall we will definitely go back, even if it costs a little more than the Chinese one... but I recommend it to you too! And remember... that the shoe never lies!!

08/05/2025: Extremely disappointed!!!! Ordered a takeaway while traveling through Vatican city and the food was very disaapointing in terms of quality, quantity and price...The quantity of rice was so little for the price paid..it literally looked like some kid's menu..We specifically asked for paneer with very little gravy due to health reasons and it was the opposite...very little panneer soaked in a box full of oily gravy...

21/03/2025: I wanted to give 0 stars a dirty place full of males they work without atoca gloves the phone you carry them all with your hands afterwards without washing them you put your hands on food at least as it was done it disgusts me and I don't recommend it to anyone I paid but in the end I left it to them because it makes me want to vomit

26/12/2024: Certamente non un posto da 5 stelle. Mi sono fermato per prendere un panino kebab ed ho visto la machinetta Kebab che era spenta, quindi pollo freddo e gli ingredienti sono stati inseriti bel panino freddo senza cura nei dettagli. Dopo la mia affermazione che era tutto freddo ho solo ricevuto una smorfia dal propietario dicendo che la piastra non funzionava. Ovviamente questo non e’ il modo di service un panino. Alla domanda ci ritorneresti? La risposta e’ no!

23/03/2025: First time in this place, furnished in typical Indian style. As soon as we arrived we were surrounded by a strong smell of incense, a little too much for my tastes.. The reception staff were very friendly and patiently explained the dishes to us. Very good food, some dishes a little spicier and spicier, but I will definitely go back.

12/05/2025: Omar and his friend gave us excellent service. The chicken was delicious, the place very clean and the staff extremely friendly. We absolutely recommend it! It's the first time I've left a review, but this place really deserves it.

27/03/2025: It used to be a good place for good cheap fried chicken, today perhaps the management has changed and the quality has plummeted, the chicken in particular was cold, dry and old. The person at the cash register who did not know a single word of Italian, not even the simplest and most useful for a food-related discussion. I did not receive the receipt. The place is very lacking in terms of cleanliness. Not recommended.

01/04/2025: L’atmosfera è calda, rilassante, accogliente, il locale raffinato ed elegante: già questi due elementi preparano i sensi ad intraprendere un vero e proprio viaggio nei sapori vegani di questo ristorante. Abbiamo scelto il percorso della Surprise Dinner e si è rivelato essere un’estasiante scoperta, piatto dopo piatto. Tutte le portate sono state uno straordinario connubio di sapori, colori e profumi nuovi, almeno per me, per quanto riguarda le combinazioni e gli abbinamenti degli ingredienti. Personalmente, ho adorato l’ottimo il flan “La neve sulla montagna” e poi i dolci… Superbi! Il personale è estremamente professionale, presente, ma al tempo stesso molto discreto, la guida perfetta nel viaggio culinario che viene offerto. Decisamente degna di nota, poi, l’attenta sensibilità dimostrata verso intolleranze e allergie (non è da tutti i ristoranti avere cucine, pentole e posate distinte per evitare contaminazioni alimentari). La nostra serata a Vrindaa, in sintesi, è stata perfetta, tutto buonissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente, per provare nuovi piatti legati alla stagionalità degli ingredienti. Naturalmente, lo consiglio a chiunque voglia provare una cena diversa, speciale ed indimenticabile.

22/03/2025: Piccolo ristorante accogliente sui toni petrolio/oro, anche se per i miei gusti andrebbe reso più sobrio. Si viene accolti con modi gentili e coccolati per il resto della permanenza. Si vede che c’è una ricerca accurata nella preparazione dei piatti che sono davvero ottimi e molto belli. La scelta alla carta non è molto ampia ma questo dipende dalla difficoltà nella preparazione (c’è comunque anche la possibilità di una degustazione). La nota dolente sono i prezzi decisamente fuori luogo, non è presente nessuna portata sotto i 30€ ed anche la degustazione 160€ ci è sembrata veramente eccessiva. Anche il ricarico sui vini è troppo alto. Peccato.

17/05/2025: The restaurant is very poor in terms of cleanliness. First, the staff empty the salad with their bare hands without wearing gloves. Second, the food. I ordered biryani and rice, and it was clear it had been reheated more than once. I didn't eat the meal I ordered, as it tasted bad. I would not recommend it at all.

07/05/2025: Mi marido estaba ansioso por la comida de Bangladesh y Taste of India llegó al punto. Teníamos biriyani de cordero, curry de cordero y ajo naan. Hay una gran selección de shingara, mishti / dulces, y un extenso menú. Los servidores eran muy serviciales y agradables. La mayoría de los clientes parecían ser hombres locales de Bangladesh que trabajan en Roma.
