If you are a pizza lover and you are in Sora, Re Fuoco is a must-see. This pizzeria perfectly combines tradition and quality, offering a gastronomic experience that conquers you at the first bite. The dough is light, digestible and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, with a fragrant crust that tells all the mastery of the pizza chef.
The menu is rich and well-finished, with proposals that range from the timeless classics to gourmet pizzas, prepared with selected and very high-quality ingredients. The pizza with pears and brie is my favorite, an explosion of balanced and genuine flavors, you absolutely have to try it.
The environment is welcoming and cared for in detail, the staff is friendly and always available, ready to advise with professionalism and a smile. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.
Re Fuoco is not just a pizzeria, but a place where the love for good food and authentic flavors is celebrated. Highly recommended!

19/06/2025: We went for lunch on Tuesday, the staff was friendly, although we expected more from the pasta, especially the one with pachino and cheese. For the rest it was a nice experience.
15/06/2025: We went for lunch and we ate very well, everything was excellent and of high quality. The place is very well kept and the waiter who served us was very attentive. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

28/06/2025: We were in this tavern yesterday during a weekend. We had an appetizer of local cold cuts and two first courses. We paid 54 euros. Excellent price for quality and quality. The owner is kind and friendly, she recommended other B&Bs and was very welcoming.
30/05/2025: Simple place, great food and wood oven... the owner and his staff will be able to advise you best. Excellent first courses and perfectly cooked meats. I will be back.

30/01/2025: The GOOD GUSTAIO pizzeria in via Badia is a very welcoming place, the owner is very attentive, it is family run, we really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the menu offered a range of dishes with fresh quality ingredients. We also ate a pizza, it was fabulous made by expert hands, every bite was a culinary delight and of high quality, we can't wait to return to the BUON GUSTAIO pizzeria to enjoy their delicious pizza creations. We were thrilled with it!

11/05/2025: Una vera perla per gli amanti del pesce! Ho cenato in questo ristorante e sono rimasta colpita dalla qualità eccellente delle materie prime: il pesce era freschissimo, cucinato con maestria e valorizzato da abbinamenti semplici ma raffinati.
L’igiene del locale è impeccabile: tutto era pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, compresi i bagni, spesso trascurati in molti posti.
Il servizio è stato altrettanto all’altezza: personale cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile
Una serata perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Tornerò sicuramente!

Vari antipasti.. l'unico piatto che meritava è stata la spigola!
Il primo, mezze maniche allo scoglio, che potevo tranquillamente fare a casa!
Il secondo, una frittura non frittura arrivata dopo un'ora e mezza.
Non viene indicato quali sono i piatti del menù, se fossi stata allergica ai crostacei non avrei mangiato nulla praticamente.
