19/02/2025: Now a historic place for those who want to eat good sushi and oriental dishes in Trento. A la carte menu offering a wide choice. From the appetizers to the dessert everything was very good (I tried a bit of everything) The place is very nice, a little noisy but nothing exaggerated. The seats are either in full oriental style, with seats almost on the ground, or in standard mode with canonical tables and chairs. Advised!

11/12/2024: Absolutely the best sushi restaurant in Trento. Quality raw materials, designer venue, cleanliness, speed, excellent sparkling wines, kindness of the staff. The price? I would say in line with the others, perhaps slightly superior. After some time, I confirm the previous review. Good food, attentive staff, good wine. To those who say that the writer of this review is used to "all you can eat", I would like to point out that in reality it is the opposite. Personally I don't go there, I have always appreciated good food and good wine. Of course, even in the best restaurants it can sometimes happen that things get stuck or aren't always at the top but I much prefer this sushi to most of the sushi restaurants in the city.

08/12/2024: The environment is very nice and with great attention to detail. For the rest I have something to say. The waitress who served us asked me what I meant by molluscs and crustaceans when I told her I was allergic to these foods, so the dining room staff is not generally trained on allergens (which among other things are indicated on the menu), which, in my opinion, is very serious! Since I was in the company of another person, we wanted to share a mixed boat, but I had asked for the possibility of eliminating molluscs and crustaceans due to allergies. The waitress, in addition to the fact that she was not aware of what these foods were, went to ask in the kitchen why she was not aware of the alternatives. The most shocking thing is that the kitchen replied that these elements could not be eliminated from the uramaki and that, therefore, I should have chosen something else. But they could simply remove the uramaki with molluscs and crustaceans and add others that did not include these ingredients, even paying a difference in price, if they deemed it necessary. But it seems absurd to me that in a NON all you can eat restaurant, there are allergens on the menu, but then, in reality, they don't care about the customer. So we ordered a salmon poke (€13) and a tuna poke (€14). I visited many all-you-can-eat restaurants in Rome and, since this one is à la carte, I thought that at least the significant cost was equivalent to a higher quality. Instead, in my opinion, the raw materials were the same as those of a normal all you can eat. If the option is only à la carte, the waiter cannot present me with a small amount of rice (it must have been 30/40 grams), 1/4 of an avocado, two small pieces of mango, a handful of edamame and a few pieces of salmon. If I went to a poke bowl restaurant I paid the same amount and they put three times as many things. So since the service left something to be desired and the quality wasn't all that great, I asked for the bill directly. €5 cover charge? But what if the cutlery, glasses, etc. are all washable and reusable and there was no bread? But then, it must be legible in the menu, not hidden. I don't know whether to say that it wasn't written there at all, or if I didn't see it. But he wasn't in sight anyway and no one reported it. I wouldn't go back.

12/02/2025: My family and I have been frequenting this Japanese Thai restaurant for years and the welcome is always warm. The furniture is a bit retro but it feels like home. The dishes are always prepared with fresh ingredients and the portions are generous. Excellent value for money.
