02/01/2025: Back after two years: always top! Best sushi eaten among different places in Sardinia, also renowned in towns like Olbia, but also in every part of the Italian continent and abroad. Probably the best sushi I've tried at the moment based on comparison with a real Japanese chef. I highly recommend going here for anyone who wants a point of reference in Nuoro and beyond. Excellent discovery in Nuoro, excellent quality fresh fish, and perfectly cooked and seasoned rice, quiet atmosphere and welcoming family environment. Zufällig gefunden.
