I have to change my mind, the waiting times are not long at all, excellent service.
The best in Carpi for many years.

19/08/2025: I've been going to Ghinza for 11 years now. It used to be one of my favorite sushi spots, but with the advent of trendy sushi, it decided to become a traditional Chinese restaurant with hotpot and BBQ, and it still consistently delivers. The owners have always been kind and friendly. Prices are average.
