02/04/2026: Visiting Bacaretto is always a rejuvenating experience, but this time it truly was top-notch. Located in one of Turin's most charming and quiet squares, this venue perfectly combines the warm welcome of a Venetian bacaro with the elegance of Savoy. We started with their famous cicchetti, each one better than the last: the freshest ingredients and never boring combinations. The service was impeccable: fast, cheerful, and capable of making you feel at home despite the restaurant being packed. There's an authentic atmosphere, far from the usual tourist routes, where the quality of the food and customer service still come first. But the real surprise, the one that made the evening unforgettable, was finding Venice Beer. We weren't familiar with this beer, and it left us literally speechless: an emotional beer in the truest sense of the word, capable of creating a unique connection with the dishes we were enjoying. It closed the circle of a perfect dinner with a touch of class and originality we will never forget. If you're looking for the perfect combination of tradition, excellent cuisine, and surprising discoveries, Bacaretto is the place to be. Highly recommended. Top 5 stars!
