15/08/2024: Finding a Sardinian restaurant on the outskirts of Casentino was a surprise! the cuisine is truly excellent and the friendliness and friendliness of Mrs. Mariella and her husband Michele (Michelangelo) make you feel truly at ease. The menu does not have many dishes but they are very well prepared and abundant. As soon as you sit down, a nice plate of Pan guttiau (carasau with oil and salt) is brought to you. As we are vegetarians, we took the melted pecorino cheese as an appetizer which came with good warm bread; of first course maloreddus with tomato sauce and crugugioisi, generous portions and above all delicious! For those who eat meat upon reservation, they will be able to taste the famous Porceddu which I cannot review but, given the satisfaction of the couple at the nearby table (she is Sardinian), I would say it was excellent. In short, I would say that this corner of Sardinia has won us over. Thanks Mariella and thanks Michele...we will be back!
