10/12/2024: I just came out the restaurant 5 minutes ago. How is it that I just had the WOST PASTA experience, And In ITALY?!?! I’ve traveled throughout all Italy and today is my first night here and chose this place based off reviews plus pictures. I got the carbonara and at first glance it looks “nice” but I take a bit and the Pasta was Raw! Sauce also lacking and not enough. That was simply Not a carbonara. How embarrassing for the Italian culture. Worst pasta experience and in Italy 🤌🏼 Not acceptable. I ate most of it after they recooked it because honestly I was starving, we even traveled 10 mins from our hotel for this place. My friends meat balls where Bright pink Raw in the center, unbelievable! His food side was sliced tomato and cheese from the bag, my goodnesssssss…. The servers removed the pasta from the bill but at the end it’s a culture embarrassment for Italy this restaurant. Servers no complaint, as servers they did their job in a professional way. Man, later on or tomorrow I will have a stomach ache over bad pasta in an Italian restaurant in Italy smh
