Attenzione e competenza nel consigliare la qualità giusta di carne. Cottura perfetta. Gusto e atmosfera calda e accogliente. Posto super consigliato senza se e senza ma. Ottimi anche i dolci.

12/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation at this extraordinary venue just yesterday, and it exceeded all my expectations! Beyond the location, which offers a charming and lush setting both inside and outside, what made my day so special was Marco and his wonderful staff. They accommodated every request and, with patience and, above all, impeccable service, were incredibly attentive and available for everything. From the high-quality food, abundant and delicious, to the location, the organization, and even the entertainment with karaoke and music, 5 stars wouldn't be enough! Thank you for everything!

12/06/2025: To celebrate my son's Communion I was looking for an original, welcoming and private place... well, La Baita was all of this. Excellent refined and high quality food, the welcome of Marco and his polite and helpful staff. Happy to have amazed my guests who felt at home. A place to repeat evenings in the company of friends in the name of good taste and pleasant privacy.

16/07/2025: The place is fantastic, nestled in the green hills of Molise. A place that exudes tranquility and serenity. The property is very well maintained by the owners—Pasquale, Maria, Pino, and his wife—who are also incredibly kind and helpful. Everything is very clean and tidy. My wife and I stayed in a spacious, spotlessly clean room, even featuring a balcony where we could linger, sheltered and protected by the branches of a beautiful cherry tree entwined with a vine. We would have even tasted some grapes, had they not been sour. We were somewhat lacking in a bar open all day, where we could stop for an aperitif during the slower hours of the day; instead, the bar only opens at 5:00 PM. However, the property does have a vending machine with snacks and coffee capsules that makes up for the bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were the softest we've ever found. The food is truly excellent and respects the local rural traditions, featuring pork, local cheeses, and fresh pasta. What can I say? Thank you for letting us spend three wonderful days. 20/06/2025: Restaurant as per tradition. I must say that we ate meat...good to tell the truth..but everyone ate fish and seemed very satisfied. Also to try the fish. For us a nice 9+! only thing that we had asked for the menu to decide the dessert but it never arrived. Maybe the waitress did not understand our request...that's normal...

05/07/2025: Impossible to review the rest... and too bad there is no zero, otherwise I would have put 0 for the service. Rude staff, not only rude... totally incompetent! I don't understand how it can be tolerated.

19/06/2025: For all dry-cured meat lovers, the Black Angus and Vitello were fantastic. But nothing is offered for less than 3 letto (300g). I would have loved to try the Florentine or the T-bone. The marinated beef tongue is highly recommended as an appetizer, along with a red wine aged in a local barrique. Just ask; the recommendation was excellent.
