07/09/2025: I used to frequent Osteria del Borgo under the old management, and returning today is always a pleasure! 😍
The place is still small but very welcoming, with that warm and characteristic atmosphere that makes it unique. The contemporary Neapolitan-style pizza is truly excellent: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfect cooking. I even chatted with the young pizza chef, asking him about hydration and leavening, and he responded with great kindness and passion, a sign of the care and expertise behind it. 🍕🔥
A place where you always feel good, perfect for a quiet evening with friends. Highly recommended! 👌
06/09/2025: The food was fantastic, at least the dishes I ordered. The Verdicchio di Matelica wine was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even if unexpected. The setting was on the street, but since it's a village, it was fine, but I don't know what it's like inside.

10/06/2025: Ci sono stato per una cena di fine anno scolastico.
Posto carino...ma finisce qui. Maccheroncini al fumé non cotti e troppo asciutti... grigliata mista buona solo la salsiccia e agnello il resto troppo secca. Patate al forno non male. Per i bambini il menù comprendeva un hamburger e patatine fritte...molti di loro si sono lamentati che l hamburger non era buono.
Dolce torta al cioccolato che dovrebbe essere soffice invece era secca.
Neanche avevano il caffè decaffeinato ...tanto per concludere bene la cena .
Diciamo che non ci tornerò più e sicuramente non sarò l unico.
