31/12/2024: Terrible food, the duck was gray and tasted like death as well as sailing in a very strong smelling vinegar mate. All the raw food was frozen at the time of service, both the sashimi and the tartare. The tartares in particular had such a covering and disgusting dressing that they were inedible. Lastly, the Kikoman soy sauce bottle filled with soy sauce from a specific source is an anti-sophisticated core like the rest of the activity. I am very disappointed, worst experience in Palermo in many years. And to think that a few years ago we ate decently. Positive note? The service is on average fast (with the exception of the owner)

06/01/2025: Fati sulu lanzu and disgusting zero punctuality zero respect zero education zero seriousness zero order placed today at 7.30pm After 3 and a half hours I hear that my order never left.. The girl on the phone made fun of me by telling me that my order had left and then I was told that it never left. And in the end, instead of fixing it, maybe sending it anyway even if it's very late, I hear that it won't leave. There's only risk and that's it...

06/01/2025: Rude, we order at 7.30pm and they say delivery at 8.45pm, and still at 11pm no one is seen! We call and they make fun of saying the boy has just left...then we call back and they have no order! Really total disgusting, every time I order everything always arrives very late but this time it was even worse! Not to mention that the spaghetti rightly arrives cold, dry, frozen! It's a shame! And then in the end, in order to remedy it, they emerge like this...
