31/08/2024: We were very satisfied all around! The location is quiet and idyllic. We had a seat/table in the lawn. Reservation is not mandatory but advisable. The boss and all employees were very friendly and accommodating. You immediately felt welcome and well looked after. The food was simply wonderful! Everything is very tasty, fresh and of the best quality! The meat and also the meat skewers were cooked perfectly. The starter and dessert were also excellent! It's a shame that we only discovered this restaurant on the last day of our vacation, otherwise we would have come here more often. Prices are absolutely okay too. Highly recommended!! 5 stars ⭐️

30/05/2024: This wine shop is like returning to old friends. Both ladies know about wine and are very good about assisting you with knowing more about the wines of south tirol. The wines are the very best of the region. When we revisit the region we will come here.

17/10/2024: Cute, little wine bar. Unfortunately there isn't much space inside, but it's ok outside for the barrels in summer.
Been there so many times and always good.
22/08/2024: The location would be nice and the wine drunk would be good (not excellent!), but the staff is really unsuitable for the service. Waiters absolutely not knowledgeable about wine, who when asked "which dry white wine do you recommend?" they answer "everyone!"...yes of course, all the ones on the menu are dry...ok..😏
In addition to this, little attention and care in manners, little education and little courtesy in service.
I would say a place that takes advantage of its central location in the town, if it were elsewhere it would have been closed long ago! Disappointed by expectations.

12/10/2023: Was für ein toller Ort , hoch über dem Kalterersee ,mitten in den Weinbergen
von Castel Ringberg bei schönstem Wetter.
Wir waren zur Weinbergführung und erfuhren neben bei noch viel über die Geschichte von Elena Walch.
Anschliessend hatten wir noch eine Weinprobe und danach noch eine nachprobe in der Weinstube.
20/07/2023: Der Ausblick ist wirklich toll. Der Wein sehr gut. Die Käseplatte war ebenfalls gut auch wenn kein absolutes Highlight.

05/04/2024: Durante un giro in bicicletta lungo la pista ciclabile che unisce i paesi di Caldaro e Appiano BZ, ci siamo fermati per un breve snack.
Il servizio è buono, ma pagare 8 euro per un piccolo panino con speck e formaggio se non si può definire un furto, sicuramente è molto caro.
Non ci ritornerò.
