11/11/2025: A typical South Tyrolean tavern where you sit at large tables with other diners. Excellent food, extensive menu. Excellent wine and beer. Fast and accurate service. Payment only in cash or via instant bank transfer. Call on weekends as they are often full.
07/11/2025: Excellent Tyrolean restaurant. Friendly and fast staff. It's a shame there's very little parking.

28/02/2026: Café Trude in Kaltern completely won me over. I was particularly impressed by the staff: friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed – without ever being intrusive. ♥️
I had a delicious, thick hot chocolate and a slice of cake – both were absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The prices are also reasonable, especially considering the quality. Very convenient: they accept both cash and card payments.
The only slight drawback is the location directly on the main road. However, this hardly detracts from the overall experience – a clear 5 stars from me!

09/03/2026: Friendly, very attentive service. Unfortunately, the Passion Spritz consisted mostly of ice, making it definitely too expensive. The focaccia was rock hard and was returned. A new focaccia was brought, which unfortunately was no different from the first. Only the rustic bread was delicious. A real shame.
07/01/2026: Too bad, given the location, perhaps a tourist trap. Very slow service and the quality of the cakes didn't quite live up to the usual high South Tyrolean standards. Maybe we were just unlucky? The staff, however, weren't unfriendly :-) (Note regarding the feedback: "plates licked clean": interesting phrasing. We even left some food and no one asked for it. Not all guests are looking for a confrontation. We simply want to be served relatively quickly in order of arrival and have a pleasant time. Perhaps you should hire anonymous restaurant testers. You could then discuss the results with them. Or you could summarize the results here and optimize your business. See it as an opportunity.

13/09/2024: Gemütliches Restaurant in dem man schöne weinselige Stunden verbringen kann.
Uns hat besonders der Wurstsalat und der Kräuterspeck geschmeckt. Aber der Torgglteller für 2 war auch sehr gut.

05/07/2025: Lisa is very friendly and kind, and they offer a huge selection of products of all prices and top quality. A nice and quick snack is always available, like a small tartine, while you enjoy your wine.

Seit Jahren kehren wir immer wieder gerne bei Christel im Loch ein, und jedes Mal sind wir aufs Neue begeistert. Egal, ob wir nur auf ein Getränk vorbeischauen oder uns eine herzhafte Speck- oder Schinkenplatte gönnen – die Qualität und der Service sind stets hervorragend.
Besonders schätzen wir die entspannte Atmosphäre und die freundliche Bewirtung. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um nach einer Wanderung oder Radtour einzukehren und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten für Autos und Fahrräder. Und für alle E-Bike-Fahrer gibt es sogar die Möglichkeit, die Akkus aufzuladen, was super praktisch ist!
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch bei Christel im Loch und können diesen wunderbaren Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

und Kraut, wirklich nicht der Hit🤦♀️schade.
Und dass sofort gefragt wurde, was man essen möchte, stimmt
