24/01/2025: Excellent! We stopped in San Severo and decided to have lunch at the Onda Fish & Wine bar, intrigued by the excellent reviews. The restaurant is new, the environment is refined in white and navy blue, the equipment with pearly details is very cute. Chef Francesco Nardella is a wonderful person, truly friendly, with extensive experience in Monte Carlo, super good and professional, he pampered us as a great host with unmissable dishes of a high standard. Chitarrina cheese and pepper and fantastic raw tuna, ditto the paccheri di mare, the tuna tataki with spicy sauce and the octopus on chickpea cream. Even the homemade cherry liqueur, a marvel. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back.
