30/08/2025: Decent bar with croissants that used to be delicious but are now mediocre...
31/07/2025: During a business trip to Palo del Colle, I asked the waitress at the restaurant where I dined to recommend a gelateria. Without hesitation, she recommended Bar3000! I hadn't had such delicious gelato in a long time! Even though it didn't last long, it was truly memorable. I don't usually write reviews, but the gelato at Bar3000 was my best memory of this charming town!

24/10/2025: The unwelcome presence of a dog in the dining room, the portion of chips was very small but expensive, served on the plate along with the sauce packets, not very hygienic.
13/10/2025: Excellent, I recommend it for everything from the food to the atmosphere
