12/05/2025: We were from Thursday to Monday morning in the park in front of this place for the Alpine troops' rally... courtesy, kindness and helpfulness are at home here.
I personally and the Alpine troops of Molveno (Trento) thank you again for your availability!
If you pass through Biella it is an obligatory stop!

01/05/2025: Quality of the pastries all very good, fresh with good choice. Too bad for the little space both in the seat and also not much space at the counter. Unfortunately, this personally doesn't give you the chance to fully enjoy the good things that are there and it's not always possible to stop because there's no room.
23/03/2025: Bar in the Biella area just outside the centre, easy to reach and with ample parking. Friendly staff, quick and clean service. Excellent quality, desserts, biscuits, decorated brioches but also cakes, bitters and cocktails. Advised

23/05/2025: Refined place, excellent croissants and high-level cafeteria with good service.
21/05/2025: It was our go-to place every time we returned to Biella.
I went there recently and found the place to be "off"; the staff was always very kind and the quality of the brioches remained the same.
The barley coffee was not exciting, in fact I would say very ordinary.
Furthermore, the Signora (daughter of the owner) is no longer there: a driving force who made the difference!
What a pity

30/04/2025: This bar is very nicely decorated as you walk into it. We felt like we were walking into a new dimension, because it was so pretty, and the coffee and pastries are good. It looks like it could be a nice place for an aperitivo.

The owners are very kind and are also available to provide what the customer needs within a few hours, if not present in the store. An absolutely essential service for the small center of Campiglia Cervo and for the entire upper Cervo valley.

28/04/2025: Ieri mi sono recata per un aperitivo e e mi hanno portato un bicchiere di vino ribolla gialla giallamolto misero rispetto alla mia amica che ha ha preso rose! mi sono recata al bancone per chiedere spiegazioni e la ragazzetta bionda molto maleducatamente mi ha risposto che non era un prosecco ma che comunque mi avrebbe messo la dose giusta. Il problema è che aveva finito la bottiglia quindi era quello il problema mi ha messo quello che gli era rimasto nella bottiglia e grazie arrivederci non mi ha proposto di prendere un altro bicchiere che io gli ho detto lascia stare. Va va bene così ora di pagare l’ho pagato intero come gli altri quindi lo sconsiglio vivamente primo per la maleducazione e poi per il servizio mi spiace, ma la maleducazione no uno può sbagliare chiedere scusa ma la maleducazione no grazie

19/11/2023: Eravamo clienti del locale con la gestione precedente, abbiamo deciso di provare con la nuova gestione la per la colazione, che dire “mai più” ci sediamo al tavolo e arriva la ragazza per prendere l’ordine, chiedo che brioche c’erano e per tutta risposta mi dice che non sà e dovevamo andare al banco a vedere… ma dai …. alle 9.30, 3 brioche e neppure le sai???? Da precisare che all’interno del locale c’erano solo altri 4 clienti, quindi nemmeno la scusante della “confusione” . Ma la chicca alla cassa, non possiamo pagare con il bancomat perché non si può, e in contanti pretende le monete della restante parte; si capisce la motivazione quando ci dà il resto perché ci stava dando il triplo di quanto dovevamo pagare …. diciamo che la professionalità e la contabilità non erano alla sua portata…. La prossima volta tiro dritto e si va da un’altra parte.
