Fortunately, the very kind delivery man called the pub back twice because: after having ordered three burgers with their sponsored offer; upon arrival (having not yet checked the bag but after having read the receipt) a hamburger was missing. The rude woman on the phone, after answering the phone on speakerphone, tells us: "oh ok, a hamburger is missing but don't complain". The last straw: we opened the bag and TWO burgers were missing, not one.
