Lindt - Factory Outlet

29/12/2024: Nothing to say about the product, the fame and its history speaks for itself.
As an outlet, however, I expected not only current proposals but also more situations of second choice products compared to a single case and also proposals at even more convenient prices, otherwise the word outlet is abused. In fact it is more of a factory outlet and in any case limited in terms of products. So as a service that the brand wants to provide I don't judge it positively unlike the courtesy of the staff. The environment is uncommentable as is the location I would add. So in conclusion, a good and appreciated product located in a context that it does not deserve.

Unfortunately, I find myself giving a negative review because a few weeks before Christmas, I went to the Lindt factory outlet in Cassano Magnago with my husband.
After having made my "shopping" of Lindor classics, we were approached at the checkout by a lady with polka dot or rhinestone glasses and platinum blonde hair who was very irritating, rude and unfriendly, who responded to my request to search for my Lindt card, since the 'I lost an old wallet,' he replies saying that I am not present in the system, which is not true because a minute earlier I had received an email from Lindt with the new Christmas offers.
I was forced to buy a new card for €5 to be able to take advantage of the discounts that require the use of the card (almost all of them). The cashier in question responded rudely and said that the payment could be made even without the card and therefore without discounts. After having made the new card and the payment while we were bagging the products, I commented to my husband on the fact that I had received the email shortly before and the cashier in question, turning to the next customer, says, in a provocative manner: "am I wrong, ma'am?" to seek approval, which is very unprofessional.
We left disappointed given the large sum spent and the Lindt loyalty, we expected a little more courtesy but above all we didn't understand why we had to get a new card and therefore spend €5 in vain.
