22/11/2024: NO DOGS I've always enjoyed this pastry shop, but evidently something has changed (management or ownership). I enter with my small 5kg dog (who usually fits under the chair in his bag) and the shop assistants tell me that the place is forbidden to dogs. I thought they were trying to be funny and make a joke, but after a while I realized that they were being serious. I leave the room saying that I am very surprised by the new rule, but thinking about it, everyone can do whatever they want in their own home. Considering that 60 percent of families have an animal, you have made a choice that penalizes you and you will soon realize it. Hospitality is the basis of those who work in contact with the public: the Chinese bar was full, while your pastry shop was totally empty. You have certainly lost a customer and if in the future you were to accept dogs again in your establishment, I will not enter anyway
