14/08/2024: We went to this cute restaurant at the foot of the Cristo Re di Bienno for my partner's birthday. The place is very nice and welcoming with a beautiful view and a small garden where you can enjoy the fresh air between one course and another or with an aperitif before of dinner or coffee at the end. The cuisine is vegan with the use of aromatic herbs and refermented preparations all produced at home, the dishes are very well presented, all delicious and balanced. I also made the request when booking for a dessert with a candle and he presented us with a delicious decorated Sachertorte. There are few wines but all very good, I tasted a rosé ancestral method sparkling wine and an Arneis from small companies, both very good. The evening was very pleasant and also and above all thanks to the owner and chef Cinzia who made us feel at home by welcoming us with an uncommon kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended.

05/08/2024: This restaurant offers purely vegan cuisine. The dishes cannot be selected because there is a uniform menu that changes over time. Special emphasis is placed on local food. The main focus here is the fermentation of the food. Each of the six courses is beautifully presented and comes with an additional explanation. In addition, the location of the restaurant on the side of a hill offers a beautiful view of the valley and the mountains behind it.
