Sunday lunch, “all you can ribs” promotion.
Starting from the objective fact that the promotion is very convenient for occasional customers, the meal did not meet expectations.
Very good and quality meat compared to other fast food restaurants, but the service needs a lot of revision…
Starting from confused waiters and passing through orders that never arrived, the total time spent in the restaurant was about two and a half hours.
If you want to continue offering this promotion, an overall revision of the service would be necessary.

The food was very good but the plates were not clean like there was dirt on the plates and knives and I saw the waitress holding the plates with her fingers inside. Very disgusting.

Always a guarantee of quality Roadhouse, unfortunately this is a very large place and it's distracting, when it's full the waiting times, rightly, get longer and the turnover of staff certainly doesn't help the service. Overall, however, still valid

For those who know this chain of restaurants based on fast food and meat, this too cannot be denied, unlike others I found them faster and more efficient with service and dishes more refined and warm than others of the same type. Good meat, side dishes and sandwiches.

Located in an inhabited and busy area, it offers parking in the surrounding areas. A place with ups and downs, once dirty windows for some time, then improved, staff not always up to par, but not always, food rather linear with the standards of the chain. Good cleanliness and order.
