Too crowded and not very attentive service. We were left waiting for a long time, with the pressure of the imminent closure communicated in an uncourteous way at the entrance. Too bad, because the food was good.

The evaluation is the result of an average which includes the level of service (excellent), the food served, in some aspects good but in others largely improvable (the roast chicken breast should not be seasoned with butter or similar) and obviously the final bill. To review...

Sunday for lunch, "all you can ribs" promotion. Starting from the objective fact that the promotion is very convenient for occasional customers, the meal did not meet expectations. Very good quality meat compared to other fast food restaurants, but the service needs to be reviewed… Starting from confused waiters and moving on to orders that never arrived, the total time spent in the restaurant was approximately two and a half hours. If you want to continue offering this promotion, an overhaul to the overall service would be necessary.

The food was very good but the plates were not clean like there was dirt on the plates and knives and I saw the waitress holding the plates with her fingers inside. Very disgusting.
