Zushi Bologna In Bologna

I ate well, but the waitress with short hair was STRESSFUL! I don't have time to sit down before he immediately asks me what I want to drink and whether I want the menu or à la carte formula. I said I'll think about it... 2 minutes pass and she comes to ask me what I wanted to do and in a hurry I told her on paper. Then I asked for a change with the menu formula; I apologize, but I haven't had time to reflect and take a look at the prices... I have two plates in front of me, I finish one and I don't have time to finish it before he takes it away from under me while I'm eating from the plate next to it without even politely asking "sorry, can I..?" For drinking I was given a can and a glass, as soon as I finished the glass he was taking it away from me... But why on earth, once the liquid in the glass was finished, should I drink from the can if I have the glass there? As soon as he tried to guess that I was full and that I wouldn't order anything else (which wasn't true), he asked me if he could take the menu away (and the second time he asked for chopsticks)... But what if I still wanted to continue eating? ?? But what is this rush to clear the table as much as I can? The place had only a quarter of the tables occupied, as if there were all this crowd of people to manage. Waitress... relax a little please....

The material was fine and fresh. We have got the open menu. There was a problem that every roll of sushi had too much rice and we couldn’t taste other materials in that.

Japanese fusion which thanks to the open fixed price proposal allows you to taste many of their specialties.

I love Japanese cuisine, when I come to Bologna this restaurant is the first on my list. Beautiful location, great service, but most importantly fresh fish!! Soon

Mi trovavo in zona per un evento al Cavaticcio, ho preso (€31.50) un asporto con due porzioni di pork gyoza (buoni) e una di satrincha. Quest'ultima preparazione era al limite del mangiabile: insapore, probabilmente preparata ore prima e mal presentata nel suo packaging. Avevo un buon ricordo di questo ristorante quando aprí alcuni anni fa, oggi mi è crollato sotto zero. Una delusione. Non ci tornerò, non lo consiglierò. Peccato

Se vuoi mangiare del buon cibo giapponese/cinese a Bologna devi venire qui. Hanno introdotto anche la formula " Open Sushi" vale a dire prezzo fisso di 29€/persona bevande coperto escluso, per un complessivo di 12 portare A TESTA( sono tante,perciò non avere paura di non mangiare) Locale molto carino, per i miei gusti e personale gentile. Ottimo, il mio preferito.
