Excellent food in the heart of Bolzano. Extremely friendly service and a charming restaurant.

The service was exceptionally friendly – ​​the staff was attentive, courteous, and truly took their time to ensure we had a wonderful evening. The ambiance is both stylish and cozy. The tasteful decor and pleasant lighting create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food was a true highlight: freshly prepared, lovingly presented, and of the highest quality. Every course was a delight! An all-around successful evening – I will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

We went to this wonderful restaurant while visiting Bolzano. A coincidence, we just didn't want to fall into a tourist trap. The restaurant is beautifully furnished, everything from the placemat to the napkin fits very lovingly. The service was super nice and quick. The food (avocado mango salad & trofies with pesto) were super delicious! We can highly recommend the bow. 😀

We had a wonderful stay at Bogen Apartments Bistro! The apartment was beautifully decorated and super comfortable – we felt right at home. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, so it was easy to explore everything on foot. The food at the bistro was absolutely delicious, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a special surprise, they even made me a birthday cake – such a sweet gesture that made our stay extra memorable! Highly recommend this place if you're visiting the area – great vibes, great food, and a great location!
