The label in the store said 7/8 carbs per 100 grams and the ingredients were egg white, etc. However, there is no label on the bag sold. I go back with him to get more because I liked it so much, same flavor and consistency as "normal" pasta. I ask for the ingredients and a boy replies "Just flour and water", I reply that egg white is also written on the label in the shop and he says "no, we removed it a while ago". So why don't they change the label? The customer must know, by law there must be all the ingredients used and the nutritional values! Afterwards I ask if the expiry date is the one always written on the usual label, he replies "it lasts 3 years because there is no water". But why wasn't there just flour and water before? I would simply like to know from those who really know what is inside and it is not enough to say a mix of flours, but which ones and the quantities as well as the nutritional values ​​must be specified.
