A unique experience.
The staff and owner are extremely knowledgeable and attentive to their pregnant customers and children.
The panzerotti are excellent, as are the horse meat and pizza.

I've been frequenting this place for a while, and I've always found it to be excellent value for money, but this time I felt the quality had dropped a bit in some of the dishes.
I found the croquettes taste different, with less mint, and the horse meat pieces, not served in terracotta bowls, were quite spicy as they should be.
I also didn't like the mixed roast meat as much as I used to, generally poor.
The Turcineddhri were good.
Being originally from Salento, I love our cuisine and traditional places, so I'll definitely try again.

What can I say? I've known this restaurant since 2001, and it was a very special, traditional trattoria. But over the years, it steadily declined, until a recent partial change in management, or more or less, and an attempt at a comeback. The food, however, is nothing special. The roast turkey and the croquettes called panzerotti are always special. But the pizza is to be avoided, and the rest is perhaps best eaten at home...another Salento disappointment. Exorbitant prices for everything offered...

A historic trattoria in the heart of Soleto, it has slowly undergone a transformation over the years, to the detriment of the quality of its food. The attentive and meticulous staff work in an incredibly crowded environment.

Limited menu. Only grilled meat and appetizers. No first courses, pizzas, or pucce. The pizza chef is on vacation, so either you order meat and fried food or you go elsewhere.
