A historic trattoria in the heart of Soleto, it has slowly undergone a transformation over the years, to the detriment of the quality of its food. The attentive and meticulous staff work in an incredibly crowded environment.

Limited menu. Only grilled meat and appetizers. No first courses, pizzas, or pucce. The pizza chef is on vacation, so either you order meat and fried food or you go elsewhere.

The long potato croquettes were a marvel for me! And delicious!

Everything was excellent, the horse meat pieces in sauce were fabulous, and what can I say about the croquettes? It was the first time I'd eaten them, and it was a surprise. Excellent service, very affordable prices, and normal wait times. I'll definitely be back.

Relaxing atmosphere and typical local cuisine, helpful and professional staff

Excellent croquettes, they didn't disappoint. The horse meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The waiters were courteous and attentive. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Various fried foods were good, the horse meat was top notch, but in general, looking at the other dishes, everything seemed succulent.

They never disappoint! Everything is excellent at great prices. Of course, the Panzer Otto meatballs and vegetables are the appetizer, followed by the Turcinieddri mixed roast horse meat and their sautéed vegetables.

Carne da applausi! Un’autentica immersione nei sapori del Salento! Il ristorante propone un menù fortemente radicato nella tradizione, con un’attenzione speciale alla carne, cucinata in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto della casa, ricco e variegato: salumi locali, formaggi stagionati, pittule calde e verdure sott’olio fatte in casa. Già da lì si capiva che la qualità delle materie prime era altissima. Il piatto forte è arrivato con la grigliata mista di carne: salsiccia di maiale, bombette, turcinieddhri e tagliata di manzo cotta al punto giusto. Ogni boccone era succulento, ben condito e saporito, senza mai risultare pesante. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso locale consigliato dal personale, cortese e sempre attento senza essere invadente. Anche i dolci della casa meritano una menzione speciale: abbiamo provato il pasticciotto caldo e la torta di mandorle, entrambi buonissimi. L’atmosfera rustica, calda e accogliente completa un’esperienza che consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia scoprire la vera cucina salentina di carne.

Locale semplice e concreto che riflette il carattere dei salentini. Spettacolari i panzerotti, pucce e i vari tagli di carne veramente molto buoni. Conviene prenotare. Le pucce fra le migliori mangiate in Salento. Prezzi ottimi. Personale gentile e simpatico. Consiglio da non perdere
