The food is excellent, it's a shame that the service is slow, and one employee's tone is disrespectful. Maybe he just wanted to lighten the mood, but I prefer to think so. Otherwise, the prices remain excellent, but I recommend going earlier if you want to dine at a better time.

Carne da applausi! Un’autentica immersione nei sapori del Salento! Il ristorante propone un menù fortemente radicato nella tradizione, con un’attenzione speciale alla carne, cucinata in modo impeccabile. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto misto della casa, ricco e variegato: salumi locali, formaggi stagionati, pittule calde e verdure sott’olio fatte in casa. Già da lì si capiva che la qualità delle materie prime era altissima. Il piatto forte è arrivato con la grigliata mista di carne: salsiccia di maiale, bombette, turcinieddhri e tagliata di manzo cotta al punto giusto. Ogni boccone era succulento, ben condito e saporito, senza mai risultare pesante. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino rosso locale consigliato dal personale, cortese e sempre attento senza essere invadente. Anche i dolci della casa meritano una menzione speciale: abbiamo provato il pasticciotto caldo e la torta di mandorle, entrambi buonissimi. L’atmosfera rustica, calda e accogliente completa un’esperienza che consigliamo vivamente a chiunque voglia scoprire la vera cucina salentina di carne.

Excellent restaurant in the center of the village of Soleto. The restaurant is open-air, with tables on the veranda. I recommend booking in advance, as the restaurant gets very busy. Simple, tasty traditional dishes; the pizza is also good. Prices are average. Good service. I recommend it. You might even spot a few cute cats roaming around the tables near you.

In Soleto, it's become a tradition. Traditional Salento menu, but you can also enjoy a good pizza. The interior is air-conditioned. In the summer, there's an outdoor terrace in the historic center. Recommended.

You eat a lot and well. Very polite, kind and helpful staff towards our little dog.

Trattoria that needs no introduction. The review is really superfluous, divine place as it was once, as a zonzi you rediscover flavors and smells of the past. Congratulations to the guys who have been able to maintain the tradition and identity of this pillar of Salento!

In the historic center of Soleto, in a narrow street, this trattoria shines. Special features are the delicious extra long panzerotti and the slice of grilled meat called "lenzuolo" for its size, but very thin, so no fear of swallowing too much meat, it's not a Florentine steak😋 I also found the pizza delicious. Despite the crowds, we didn't have to wait long to be served, but we had booked. Excellent value for money. To return😘

Owner and staff are kind and helpful. The horse meat is superb. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Tradition is not disregarded, the croquettes are unique, but not only that. Vale! ❤️
