The sandwiches and pizzas are excellent. The place is clean, but the wait times are a bit long due to the lack of advance reservations on weekends. I would return often and recommend it.

Beautiful place, excellent service, very kind and welcoming staff, very reasonable prices, lots of choice, and the sandwiches are out of this world. Highly recommended, I'll be back. Quality ingredients, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meat, soft, well-seasoned bread.

Excellent experience. Huge steak, excellent selection, and perfectly cooked. Fast service. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Interesting and varied menu. Paid street parking in downtown Galatina.

Just perfect, fresh Italian cuisine, pure bliss, and the very friendly waiter, Gorgio, even speaks French, but we still spoke Italian. We're in Italy, so you have to make the effort.

La Saletta - Hotel Ghalà

01/10/2025: Courtesy, professionalism, kindness, empathy, cleanliness, and good taste in the furnishings. All this sets this hotel apart... The only flaw, if I may call it that, was the breakfast... Maximum two courses and a maximum of two drinks... I would reconsider this a bit... As for the rest, if I could give it 6 stars, I would have gladly done so. Thanks to Ilaria, the manager, and Sofia, the receptionist who welcomed us.
29/09/2025: A very good experience in this small hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities, including air conditioning and a refrigerator. Unbeatable value for money for Puglia, €40 per room in October. Thank you.
