Ziu Jacheddu In Orosei

Spaghetti vongole e bottarga 10! We had a problem with the second course that was resolved in a polite and professional manner.. excellent service and well-kept environment! Worth mentioning are the digestives/rum/gin/whisky of which there is a vast and accurate selection!

I was recently at the “Ziu Jacheddu” restaurant. The restaurant is spacious. I really appreciated the rustic decor, especially the various photos hanging to testify to the traditions of this place. The menu is vast and is suitable for all needs. With the boys we tasted the pizzas and we were impressed. Furthermore, the Sardinian kebab, an invention of this restaurant, is undoubtedly their strong point. I would also like to mention the vast choice of drinks, from classic drinks to more sophisticated ones. I highly recommend the pompia liqueur, made with the typical local citrus fruit. The staff was always available to make us feel at ease. Overall the experience at this restaurant was excellent. I recommend it, if I have the opportunity I will definitely return.

We've eaten here twice now during our vacation. The waiters are extremely attentive, polite, and at least bilingual. The menu is varied—there's something for everyone. We never waited longer than about 15 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was very busy. We paid between €40 and €50 for two people. Jiu Jacheddu is one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in the area!

I gave 5 stars to all categories because it was. Pizza was fantastic, service was always there if you waved them over but not constantly coming to the table as it should be. Atmosphere was wonderful with outside seating in a patio type setting and a view of the wood burning pizza oven with fresh pizzas being made. The only thing I wish they had was the Ichnuso Non Filtrata beer on tap and not in a bottle. Definitely recommend!

Exceptionally good pizza and sensational ravioli with fish, great local cuisine with a good selection, fast and friendly professional service. We'd love to come back, Grazie (We were here in the pre-season, I can imagine that there is a lot more going on in the summer)

Nice place, well decorated, while being simple. Personally, my daughter and I really liked the excellent service, all the servers were nice and helpful with whom we were able to interact. The delicious cuisine and to finish the little homemade Sardinian Amaro, wow delicious. Besides, we could see them coming out of the wood-fired oven and the pizzas looked incredible. In addition, for those who are interested, they sell their Sardinian amaro and I took the opportunity to bring back a beautiful souvenir from Sardinia in my motorcycle luggage. A superb address, too bad we had to leave, otherwise we would have come back tomorrow... thank you to the whole team.
