A welcoming place, with outdoor seating.
The food quality is good, but the portions, relative to the price, are small.
The service leaves much to be desired...most of the staff don't speak or understand Italian well, causing service disruptions.
It's a shame, because this situation detracts from everything else...

We dined at this restaurant, intrigued by the Sardinian kebab. The owner kindly warned us that the wait would be long, so we decided to order a pizza for two first, followed by the kebab. They couldn't have done better: the pizza was delicious, with a light dough and quality ingredients. Then came the Sardinian kebab, which was delicious and plentiful. We finished with sevadas and myrtle. I recommend this restaurant because the food is truly exceptional, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is young and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back to Ziu Jaccheddu! Excellent! :-)

Reservations are essential because it's always fully booked, a feat justified by the sublime food. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, offering sound advice based on your needs. We trusted the owner, and we were right. We had the Sardinian kebab, which he invented, both on a plate and in a piadina-style version, but it was much, much better. The homemade desserts are excellent, as are the cured meats and liqueurs. Just steps from Cala Liberotto beach. Very fair prices, a varied menu, plus pizza for lunch. Unfortunately, we only discovered this place on the last day of our vacation, but we'll definitely be back to try the other delicacies.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly waiters, the owner (I think it was him) was very friendly and funny.
They found us a seat even without a reservation (we arrived early, at 7:30) and even though the restaurant was busy.
Generous and very tasty portions, fair price, I recommend it!

The service is absolutely impeccable: a warm welcome, attentive, and always smiling staff. The food is simply excellent, delicious and perfectly prepared. We had a delightful time from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rustic, welcoming, and spacious atmosphere. Good quality food and generous portions. Good value for money. We've been coming to Orosei on vacation for many years, and we come here at least once every year. We've never been disappointed.
