Excellent experience. Even though the character for the cake wasn't easy to find, they accommodated my request. It's worth noting that of all the gluten-free cakes I've ordered so far, this one was the best in terms of taste and flavor. Thank you, I made a great impression on the guests. I had to give only 3 stars, even though we've always had a good experience; the pastry shop is truly delicious. It's a shame that lately they haven't answered the phone at all. It's impossible to place an order. On Sunday morning, however, someone answered, saying they had nothing left to sell at 11:00. In short, if they could organize themselves better, perhaps by hiring more staff, they'd probably be able to satisfy everyone.

28/12/2025: AN AUTHENTIC DISCOVERY: a must-visit for beer and food lovers! We recently visited Ristorante l’Istrione in Stilo with a group of friends, and I can say it was a real pleasure. The owner's professionalism and expertise were immediately evident, but what really impressed us was his skill in craft beer production! Francesco, the master brewer, recommended high-quality beers to pair with our dishes, from red beers for meat to fresh white beers for fish. His knowledge of beer and cuisine was truly impressive! The cuisine was simply exceptional! We ordered both fish and meat dishes and were thoroughly satisfied. The appetizers were delicious and varied, the first courses were plentiful, and the second courses were cooked to perfection, as we requested. The restaurant is small but cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere thanks to the stone walls and rustic furnishings. We felt right at home and enjoyed a quiet, relaxing evening. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. See you soon!
