Great Uncle Pagnotta. A must-visit in Albenga. Excellent products, textbook leavening, cheerful and efficient service. You always have to wait a bit, but it's always worth it. Try the panettone for Christmas: FANTASTIC.

I approached the bakery because of the charming name: marketing is important... and I found excellent products, focaccia, pizza and above all Sua Maestà LA Veneziana: it was a winner, simply miraculous. Nothing else to add.

08/03/2026: Great experience! Fresh fish, tasty dishes, and generous portions. The owners are very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to their customers. All at a very fair price considering the quality of the fish. Highly recommended!
