Since I cannot directly respond to the negative comment left by Mr. 'Naldi_12 Demo', I will respond here, in case you ever see it. A detail that leaves me perplexed is that, on the day of his visit, I was not present in the pastry shop. So it surprises me that behavior is attributed to me that not only does not reflect my way of working, but which, apparently, cannot even be justified by my presence in the room. I therefore leave the interpretation of the experience to his memory, but I hope that Mr Naldi will have the opportunity to clarify the situation and, if necessary, revise his opinion based on a correct understanding of the facts.

Good pastry shop, nice environment, but for breakfast not a single baked product for lactose intolerants. A real shame. And above all not a great sign of customer orientation. Prices above average.

If you arrive even half an hour early for lunch, they don't treat us well! I arrived at 1.00pm, I won't tell you the discomfort I experienced. Disappointing.

26/03/2025: We ended up by chance because we were in the area and it was starting to rain. Many empty rooms/shop spaces. Good food service downstairs.
13/03/2025: Shopping center with a few closed shops including the cinema halls but all in all what is left is satisfactory
