I had been there a few years ago and had a fairly good time, so much so that I returned... Unfortunately, I have to say that I didn't have the same experience. The dinner was neither good nor bad; in a place like this, you expect everything to be strictly homemade. I don't see why they would include frozen and fried products in the appetizers, which, by the way, have nothing to do with the area but are more suited to a McDonald's box, paired with excellent cured meats and vegetables from the garden... vegetarian appetizers that are the same as normal appetizers but without cured meats... a grilled vegetable main course that costs as much as a fillet... a very confusing cuisine concept. Very good meat, very good cured meats, very good cheeses, decent first courses... I would start from there and remove anything that has nothing to do with the area or the type of place. The prices... decidedly high for what they offer. For 4 of us without eating who knows what (2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses (roast) with side dishes, a dessert and only water) 140 euros... too much, it was a dinner for 20/25 euros per person maximum.

A small restaurant in the heart of Valliano, in the hills just behind Rimini, with both an outdoor and indoor dining area...
I'd say the cuisine is entirely homemade and very good, with kind and friendly staff...
Prices are in line with the food, so I recommend it...

I went there last night with my vegan friend. They have vegan dishes and desserts that go beyond the classic penne al pomodoro or biscotti. I ate really well.

I was invited to my son Mirko's birthday party at this restaurant that I didn't even know about! In the middle of the Romagna countryside there is a small village called Valliano where there is this restaurant called Zi Teresa. I assume it is old since it has an entrance that goes into a small room where there is a bar counter with a couple of tables but then you can also see a recent construction where there is a large room. The appetizers are delicious made with homemade cold cuts accompanied by vegetables cooked with a little bag containing piadina romagnola (to make sure it doesn't get cold). For the first course we ate strozzapreti with ragù and seasonal vegetables. Excellent!!! For the second course a wonderful grilled meat very tender and tasty. All accompanied by an excellent sparkling white wine and I must say also by an excellent service from two girls always with a smile on their lips who satisfy your every need in the service. There is nothing to say!!!! You have to go back!!!
