Eating at Zi Rosa was an experience that reawakened a very sweet memory in me, that of my favorite cartoon: Ratatouille. 🎬🍝 Like the famous scene in which Anton Ego tastes the chef's dish and, with the first bite, is transported back in time to his mother's kitchen, so it was for me. I closed my eyes and, with the first bite, I found myself catapulted elsewhere—far from everything, immersed in a timeless memory. Each dish was like a little time machine, an emotional journey through the taste, the aroma, and the warmth of a cuisine made with love. 🍅🧄✨ The raw ingredients are immediately noticeable: authentic, carefully selected. But it's the care in preparation that creates the real magic. It's not just food, it's story, it's poetry served on a plate. Each forkful releases clear, layered flavors, like brushstrokes on an Impressionist canvas. 🎨🍷 The staff is friendly, attentive but never intrusive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. 🕯️ ​​The place is always busy, and that alone says it all. For a year now, this restaurant has become a must-visit for us. Upon our return, the service immediately recognized us—a detail that creates a personal and special atmosphere. We were served by Rina: attentive, friendly, thoughtful, and with a touch of warmth that immediately makes you feel at ease. The cuisine is top-notch: beautifully presented, meticulously crafted, and excellent in flavor. Each component stands out yet harmonizes perfectly, with a refined balance of flavors. A true feast for the eyes and the palate. We always love returning and can highly recommend it.
