The restaurant is renowned for its traditional Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis on regional dishes from Lazio. Environment and Atmosphere: The restaurant offers a rustic and welcoming environment, surrounded by farmland and green spaces that give a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. The architecture recalls peasant traditions, with large and well-kept spaces, ideal for families and groups of friends. Very calm. Usually to eat at the farmers' market you order things directly at the counter, and there are tables outside to sit. Kitchen: The cuisine stands out for the use of fresh and organic ingredients, grown directly on the farm's land. The menu varies seasonally and includes typical local dishes.
