The best restaurant I've been to in the region. The service was outstanding, the wine went perfectly with the food. The courses were very tasty and the portions were large. It was worth it and I'm looking forward to coming back sometime in the evening.

Good, but not great. We went to this restaurant for a family lunch. It's not the first time we've been there, but I like to leave reviews on the second/third experience to have a clearer idea of ​​what I'm reviewing. As the title suggests, we had a good time, but not a great time. We note, reluctantly, that over time some things have changed. The appetizers, which were once more than abundant as well as varied, enough to almost replace a complete meal, today give way to the "classic slice of ham per head" in addition to the total lack of imagination in combining the typical tastings of Caserta cuisine . Another sore point were the first courses, we had chosen the gnocchi with meat sauce served in a boiling terracotta pan. We took them because I remembered that they were handmade, which is completely normal in a restaurant like this. We were disappointed when we found the classic large gnocchi in the pan, i.e. the typical vacuum-packed packaging found on supermarket counters. At that point we didn't trust ourselves to take the meat and we opted for a more classic fried calamari and prawns with the addition of anchovies and this was exceptional. At this point we end lunch by asking for what we hoped would be a good coffee, but instead we are served the classic coffee from the automatic machine (which is also visible in the room) in the large plastic cup. The one usually found in public offices. A little disconsolately, I paid, left a tip, said a warm goodbye and we left. With the hope that the managers of this restaurant will retrace their steps.

I went to the Casareccia location for lunch for the first time, intrigued by the numerous reviews. Initially it gave me a good impression, but in the end I was not satisfied with either the service or the food. The only positive aspect is the presence of a large car park. The quality/price ratio is mediocre. I would not recommend it to a friend. I definitely won't go back there again. May 2024

Of course the environment is not that of a modern restaurant, but a very large one. Absolutely generous and good quality dishes. Fast, friendly and helpful staff. What is missing is more up-to-date flooring and furnishings (tables and chairs).. perhaps dishes that are not chipped and the alignment of the difference of one euro on all courses between the paper menu and the digital one would certainly be welcome things.. but if you are satisfied .. Finally, the prices are quite accessible, even if there are no huge differences with other restaurants.
