Excellent food, with very reasonable prices, especially when compared to the increases that all the restaurants have made recently (from north to south). There were 5 of us for dinner and we tried the appetizers (a mix of land and sea), the chicken cutlet, the pizza with spirulina dough (with the owner/chef who explained the preparation to us) and dessert. Everything was very good. We were very satisfied. The waiting staff was kind and courteous. I recommend it.

Locale piccolo ma accogliente, buona offerta di piatti realizzati con materie prime della zona (vero km 0 come dice il nome), personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per pranzo e cena anche con pizza.

03/06/2025: Nice place, clean premises, very polite owner and staff, excellent home cooking. Fair price. Possibility to appreciate cattle and sheep.
02/06/2025: Today Monday 02/06/2025 on the occasion of the Italian Republic Day, we booked at the agriturismo and we had a great time. From the appetizer, to the first course, the second course of meat and a dessert, with water, wine and coffee... quality dishes cooked very well. The quality of the restaurants in Basilicata is often a certainty. I recommend you go and eat there and then take a trip to the town of Forenza (Pz) which is 3-4 minutes away by car.

La Locanda di San Francesco Restaurant

06/01/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato in pensione completa. Per affari giro molto, ma era da tempo che non trovavo una location con un'ospitalità così marcata. Lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile, sembrano una grande famiglia. Si mangia tanto anche troppo, inutile dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo non si discute. Sono bravi anche nell'organizzare escursioni con guide preparate del posto. Consiglio per un weekend con la famiglia o con gli amici. Ci ritorneremo.
27/12/2024: Esperienza indimenticabile, accolti con calore e cortesia estrema dal Sig. Antonio, competente e garbato padrone di casa, tra cibo delizioso, staff simpatico e professionale, camere accoglienti e bella sala ristorante a prezzi davvero competitivi. Avendo acquistato il pacchetto "natalizio", abbiamo usufruito anche di due piacevoli escursioni guidate sul Pollino e sul fiume Lao.
