I agree. Very light dough, with a lovely crispiness. Truly tasty pizzas, made without skimping on the quantity or quality of the ingredients. Impressive selection; there must have been fifteen pizzas on the counter. I don't know what else to say.

Very good pizza with an excellent structure. I also had a supplì loaded with nduja, which was truly delicious and well-fried. I don't feel like giving 5 stars for the service. Offering to reheat the pizza, clean the scales where the products are weighed, and not eating behind the counter would have helped to convey a top-notch image. I understand the volume of work, of course, but with these small adjustments, it would be an impeccable pizzeria. The pizza is definitely worth trying.

Good pizza and compliments to all the staff

In a modern, cheerful, and clean environment, the pizza chefs churn out trays of every flavor. Today was my third time trying the pizza, and I must say I was very impressed. It's good! Really. Normally, for my own testing, I try the pizza without reheating it, and at this place, it's truly good. Soft on the inside with a very slight crunch on the outside. I also tried the (plain) supplì, which were really well-made. A special mention also goes to the counter staff for their quickness and efficiency. Prices are average. Congratulations, guys. Keep up the good work.

An experience you absolutely must try, one or perhaps the best of the pizzerias in the Castelli Romani in my opinion, fragrant and melting pizza, super toppings and even fantastic fried foods. Congratulations guys, keep it up, you can see and feel that you put passion into it!

A top-notch pizza by the slice: a wide variety of flavors, all perfectly executed, excellent products, and extremely digestible... all topped off with friendly, prompt service. Highly recommended!!!
