The location is pleasant. The menu is varied and diverse. The service is fast and professional. There's room for improvement regarding the outdoor seating, which isn't very comfortable in the winter.

Excellent quality products, but there are a few issues. For example, one day they decide to serve you the coffee cream in a giant glass, the next in a small coffee cup, calling both "small portions." Also, sometimes they charge you for the service, sometimes they don't, which makes no sense.
