Zenzero In Bolzano

Zenzero is a welcoming and well-kept place, perfect for those looking for well-executed dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. The cuisine is a mix of Italian tradition and Asian influences, particularly Thai, with proposals ranging from Apulian focaccia with stracciatella to tuna fillet with wasabi. The quality of the ingredients can be felt in every dish, and the attention to presentation is always impeccable. The staff is courteous and professional, and helps make the overall experience pleasant. However, as much as I appreciate the level of cuisine, I prefer places that manage to blend influences into a more fusion identity, rather than presenting two separate gastronomic lines. However, Zenzero remains a good choice for those who want to try original and well-prepared dishes, in an environment that can make you feel at ease. Ideal for those who have no clear preferences between the two cuisine options and are looking for variety and quality.

Oriental or southern / Bari cuisine. Courteous staff. In summer also places outside. Good prices

Excellent food and friendly staff

Nice restaurant in the historic center of Bolzano. Really good food, but it's a shame about the portions which are a bit small given the prices... Interesting menu, a mix of Asian cuisine and traditional Apulian dishes, I definitely recommend the Thai dishes we tried.
